Exit Factor Becomes a Franchise in the Starpoint Brands Division of United Franchise Group

Exit Factor’s team of advisors offers a consulting program which begins with an Exit Assessment, determining where the business is, where the owner wants it to be and how to bridge the gap. Exit Factor first joined UFG’s business consulting group in August 2022. Exit Factor was founded by Jessica Fialkovich, whose passion for helping business owners maximize their company’s value grew from her experience as a business broker and owner of a franchise in the UFG brand Transworld Business Advisors®.
