SYNERGY HomeCare Expands Its Presence in Massachusetts

January 22, 2024 // // Tempe, Ariz. - SYNERGY HomeCare has announced its newest franchise in southern Massachusetts, SYNERGY HomeCare of Mendon.

The company is led by Michael Botelho, a purpose-driven businessman and Navy veteran who strives to develop a strong care network in his community.

Headquartered at 31 Hastings St, Ste. 6BB in Mendon, Mass., the company assists residents with a wide variety of non-medical care options, from companion care to personal care and respite care.

Botelho recognizes the growing need in nearby communities for these services, particularly among Baby Boomers.

Botelho graduated from Rhode Island College with a bachelor’s degree in History and later continued his education at Cambridge College for a master’s degree in Business Ethics and Compliance.

After his service in the U.S. Navy, Botelho spent more than 10 years working in mortgage banking. Through his experience, he nurtured his business development, leadership, and customer service skills, which he will leverage in his new endeavor as a home care business owner.

“For me, knowing we have the ability to reduce loneliness and isolation through home care is the best way to make a difference in people’s lives and helps to build a stronger community,” says Botelho. “At SYNERGY HomeCare of Mendon, we passionately believe in improving every life we touch, from client to family member to caregiver. We are all family.”

Rooted in ethical and uplifting practices, Botelho and his staff are dedicated to supporting the many veterans, seniors, and hardworking families in their community who are in need of extra help. Many of these clients rely on caregivers for assistance with cooking, shopping, running errands, doing light housekeeping, or going for walks. Some require personal care, such as help with bathing, dressing, or using the toilet.
