Local Emerging Business Wins Free Signage from Allegra Marketing Print Mail in Grand Rapids

January 30, 2024 // Franchising.com // GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Allegra Marketing Print Mail in Grand Rapids recently announced the winner of its “Funding Five” campaign.

Grand Fun!, located in Grand Haven, was the recipient of the Funding Five award, $500 in free services from Allegra Grand Rapids. Dedicated to creating a family-friendly environment for local community members, Grand Fun! is an entertainment hub and elevated arcade offering an abundance of prizes, games and activities for all ages. The new business is set to open in Spring 2024.

Loraine Rebar, Marketing and Print Consultant for Allegra Grand Rapids, collaborated with the owner of Grand Fun!, Sara Pokorski, to create window signage that captures the brand’s essence. The graphics, which have been designed, will soon be installed on the building’s front-facing window ahead of its grand opening.

“Working alongside Sara and Grand Fun! was a remarkable opportunity to give back and champion an emerging local business," said Rebar. "Contributing to the grand opening plan for Grand Fun! has been a rewarding experience, and we are looking forward to the installation and reveal of the final design. We're equally excited to support Grand Fun! in their mission to create lasting memories for families in Grand Haven and hope we can continue to work together as fellow small businesses for years to come."

The Funding Five campaign aligns with Allegra's core values of community support. Each year, Allegra creates campaigns aimed at providing support to local businesses and nonprofits. Through these initiatives, Allegra underscores the significance it places on small businesses and nonprofits while actively contributing to and making a positive impact in the community.

“Grand Fun! will be a place for families to gather and create everlasting memories, and the support we received from the team at Allegra has been absolutely instrumental in bringing our mission to life,” said Pokorski. “We were thrilled to have won the contest and with Allegra's donation, Grand Fun! is one step closer to its debut. We’re grateful for the partnership this initiative has fostered between our two local businesses."
