In June of 2023, MAD Greens launched their Seared Ahi Tuna limited-time menu, featuring a Salad, Grain Bowl, and Wrap (a MAD twist on a sushi burrito) all served with a house-made Sesame Ginger Dressing. Each entrée contained a 4oz serving of ahi tuna, packed with 30g of sustainably sourced protein full of omega-3 fatty acids, essential for heart health, brain function, and reducing inflammation. Following in July, MAD Greens gamified their consumer efforts through their Lucky Croutons MAD Scratch & Win game cards, adding an element of surprise to healthy dining. The future of convenience took flight with the brand’s participation in FlyBy Robotics drone delivery service, positioning itself at the forefront of technological advancements in the food industry. Additionally, the brand organized a system-wide food drive partnering with local food banks to support families facing food insecurity during the holiday season.
