The Pennington restaurant officially marks the latest Bubbakoo’s to open in the brand’s home state of New Jersey. Burrito lovers will find the new spot located in the Pennington Center at 25 NJ-31 S. The grand opening will include several promotions, including burritos for the first 50 guests.

The new restaurant is owned by Joe Maglione, who was drawn to Bubbakoo’s by its great-tasting food and unique concept. As a longtime member of the community, he is eager to make an impact in various ways.
