Franchise Customer Experience Certified Brands Announced

Recognition for Exemplary Practices in Enhancing Franchisee and Consumer Experience

February 29, 2024 // Franchising.com // Delafield, WI - The Franchise Customer Experience Institute has announced the eleven inaugural brand recipients of the 2024 Franchise Customer Experience Certification.

The Franchise Customer Experience Certification is awarded to companies that demonstrate superior practices in delivering franchisee and consumer experiences that lead to improved franchise profitability. Each of these brands submitted to a comprehensive evaluation process, which included an independent review of 32 franchisor practices, interviews with franchisees and consumers, and analysis of third-party data.

The Franchise Customer Experience Certification recognizes a franchisor’s commitment to its franchisees and customers and providesl access to a wealth of resources from the Franchise Customer Experience Institute. The Franchise Customer Experience Resource Center includes hundreds of tools and research materials designed to help brands further improve customer experiences and franchisee profitability.
