Big Chicken and Thanx Partner to Give Tech Stack a BIG Boost with Launch of New Loyalty Program

March 05, 2024 // Franchising.com // LAS VEGAS - Big Chicken is scoring BIG with its guests through the launch of its cutting-edge rewards program, created in partnership with Thanx.

Coined “Big Chicken Rewards,” the star-powered fast casual chicken concept’s new loyalty program will utilize Thanx’s proprietary credit card integration, creating a data-driven, frictionless, and personalized user experience where guests earn redeemable points in the form of Bok Bucks with every purchase. Throughout March, guests who sign up online or through the Big Chicken app will earn 200 bonus Bok Bucks that can be redeemed for a variety of exclusive offers and VIP experiences that embody the brand’s core value of BIG fun.

In addition to this month’s bonus rewards, guests can look forward to receiving special offers throughout the year and on birthdays. Thanx will also continue to play an essential role in creating personalized experiences unique to Big Chicken’s loyalty members. The platform’s ability to test and track its campaigns through to the purchase point will empower the fast casual chicken chain to make data-driven decisions, evolving its messaging and automation in real time.

“Thanx is thrilled to partner with this star-backed brand. As the concept expands, Big Chicken can now leverage our customizable tools, simplifying the process of personalizing each loyalty member experience, mirroring the brand's commitment to individualized service,” said Zach Goldstein, CEO and Founder of Thanx.
