March 05, 2024 // Franchising.com // GEORGIA - Dill Dinkers Picklebal announced today its largest regional development deal for 30 locations throughout Atlanta including the counties of Cherokee, Cobb, Fulton, Clayton, Henry, and DeKalb.

Introducing Dill Dinkers to pickleball players and business owners seeking state-of-the-art indoor pickleball facilities are the five-person team, Daniel and Laura Hardeman, Destin Dunham, Evelyn Orenbuch, and Stuart Napshin. They chose to develop 30 locations across Atlanta to meet the increasing demand for indoor pickleball facilities and organized play in the region. Their decision is driven by a shared passion for the sport and a desire to create a vibrant hub where pickleball players can come together and participate in a community with other pickleball players looking to enjoy the sport and improve their skills. They see Atlanta as an ideal location to establish Dill Dinkers due to its thriving pickleball community and the opportunity to provide players with top-notch facilities, court time through its reservation platform, Court Reserve, and an unparalleled professional experience.

“When we came across Dill Dinkers, it became clear to us that the facility was designed for pickleball players by pickleball players,” said Daniel Hardeman. “We value being able to play and improve our skills and it stands out to us for being able to deliver an unparalleled experience for every skill level to play safely. Bringing Dill Dinkers to our community not only meets an outstanding demand for dedicated indoor pickleball facilities in Atlanta but also fosters a place for people to get together and build relationships and we are thankful we are the ones to introduce the business here.”

The team is backed by Daniel Hardeman, a former software engineer, and Laura Hardeman who spent the last 25 years as a marketing expert leading strategy. Together they extend their entrepreneur roots with Dill Dinkers to offer an inclusive community and a place for pickleball players of all ages and skill levels to play safely with dedicated indoor pickleball facilities. In addition to the Hardemans, Stuart Napshin, a business strategy professor at Kennesaw State University, will contribute an analytical perspective and business consulting expertise. Evelyn Orenbuch, former Team USA athlete who instills a competitive edge and resilience vital for navigating the competitive landscape of pickleball. Destin Dunham's extensive experience in client services in the payments industry ensures adept relationship-building and customer-centric initiatives. Together, their diverse backgrounds in strategy, sports, and client services form a dynamic team set to propel Atlanta's indoor pickleball scene to unprecedented success.

“We are thrilled to welcome Daniel, Laura, Destin, Evelyn, and Stuart to Dill Dinkers and look forward to the impact they will have on the residents of Atlanta,” said Dr. Ben Litalien, Chief Development Officer. “Their professional experience and passion for community will undoubtedly be a key driver in the ongoing success and growth of Dill Dinkers in Atlanta. Their passion for community perfectly aligns with our vision and we are grateful to have them as members of our team."
