Beans & Brews Opens First Company-Operated Location Outside Utah

March 07, 2024 // Franchising.com // SALT LAKE CITY - Beans & Brews Coffeehouse is hosting celebrations at both of its new Las Vegas locations on Saturday, March 9. The first location, which opened last year, is owned by Justin and Tony Williams. It is the first of three coffeehouses the brothers plan to open in the area. The second location is Beans & Brews' first company-operated unit outside Utah.

“We're excited to celebrate with our Las Vegas family and look forward to welcoming new and returning guests to experience what makes our brand special,” said Chad Gretzema, CEO of Beans & Brews.

The brothers opened their first Beans & Brews location in West Haven, Utah, before embarking on a multi-unit development deal in Las Vegas. They opened their first Las Vegas location last year at 4438 North Rancho Drive. The second Las Vegas location debuted recently at 9250 South Rainbow Blvd, Suite 100.

The grand opening celebrations will offer an array of engaging activities for guests to enjoy. As part of the festivities, guests can spin a prize wheel for the chance to win free swag, signature drinks, and food. Both coffeehouses will offer guests a free small drink of choice. It promises to be a day of fun, community, and delicious beverages, embodying the spirit of Beans & Brews.
