Season 2 Consign Announces First Multi-Unit Franchisees in the Garden State

March 08, 2024 // Franchising.com // PALM BEACH, FL - Season 2 Consign has announced that two of their current franchise partners have purchased the rights for the Northern New Jersey territory, becoming the brand’s first multi-unit franchise partner. Dianne & Gabrielle Melillo, owners of Season 2 Consign in Colts Neck, NJ, and recent IFA 2023 Franchisees of the Year, have re-committed to the brand looking to expand their reach in the Garden state, bringing high-end consignment options to more communities.

Dianne’s background in high-end fashion, working as Director of Sales in North America for Giambattista Valli, and Gabrielle’s experience in e-commerce make them the perfect partners for Season 2 Consign. Following the success of their first location, located at 411 NJ-34, Colts Neck, NJ, the Melillos, a mother-daughter duo, were eager at the opportunity to continue their partnership with the brand. Dianne, who first discovered the founders of Season 2 Consign and began following their work with the brand, was impressed with their seamless operations and, jumped at the opportunity to become a franchisee. Having always had ambitions to start her own business, she eventually brought on her daughter, Gabrielle, to join her in the new venture. With the purchase of the Northern New Jersey territory, the pair can’t wait to expand further within the state.

Dianne shared her enthusiasm, “I’ve always dreamed of owning my own business and working with such an incredible company and group of women makes it even better. Having both been born and raised in North New Jersey, Dianne currently living in Colts Neck, while Gabrielle is located in Northern New Jersey, the pair knew that a brand like Season 2 Consign would be incredibly successful in the area. The Melillos have seen great accomplishment so far, having been the brand’s top sellers during Black Friday and recently honored as 'Franchisee of the Year' at the International Franchise Association’s convention.
