Premium Service Brands Elevates Jonmarc Radspinner to VP of House Doctors

After serving as interim vice president for a year, Radspinner's permanent role reflects his successful efforts to unify and strengthen the handyman services brand’s franchise system.

Radspinner, who joined House Doctors in 2022 as a franchise business coach, brings a wealth of experience from his time as a commercial sales associate and production manager for CertaPro Painters and as owner of a College Pro painting franchise. His background as a franchisee gave him insights into the challenges and opportunities franchise owners face, making him an asset to the PSB family.

“I've walked in the shoes of a franchise owner, which helps me deeply understand the needs and challenges our franchisees face,” Radspinner said. “My goal is to leverage my experiences to drive House Doctors forward, ensuring our franchisees have the tools and support they need to thrive.”

As part of Radspinner’s efforts to strengthen the brand, he established a Franchise Advisory Council to foster a collaborative environment that encourages franchisees to share best practices and support each other's success. His approach led to House Doctors being named PSB’s 2024 Franchise of the Year at its annual convention.

Bart Williams opened his House Doctors franchise in 2017 and has a front-row seat to Radspinner’s impact, watching as his empathetic approach to leadership enabled him to implement best practices and PSB initiatives to help move the franchise system forward.
