Spherion Named a Top 100 Franchise for Women by Franchise Business Review

April 15, 2024 // Franchising.com // ATLANTA - Spherion Staffing and Recruiting (Spherion) announced today that it has been recognized by Franchise Business Review (FBR) as a 2024 Top Franchise for Women. Only 100 brands were named to the annual list of award winners.

FBR is a market research firm that performs independent surveys of franchises to measure franchisee satisfaction and performance. So far this year, Spherion has been listed as both a Top Franchise overall and a Top Franchise for Women for fostering a positive workplace where franchisees feel valued.

Spherion was among franchise brands, representing female franchise owners, that participated in FBR’s research on the Top Franchises for Women. Spherion franchisees were surveyed on 33 benchmark questions about their experience and satisfaction regarding critical areas of their franchise systems, including leadership, training and support, financial opportunity, and work/life balance.
