Buffalo’s Cafe Cooks Up Fiery New Wing Sauce and Sweet Drinks for Summertime

Running through August 11 at participating locations, the beloved chain is introducing a bold new wing sauce and sweet new beverage offerings, including spiked tea and lemonades and mocktails.

Bringing even more heat to the menu, the chain is debuting all-new Sweet Red Chili Wings - Buffalo-style chicken wings smothered in a bold sauce fusing the heat of chili peppers, aged cayenne peppers, and garlic delivering a sweet and spicy punch.

To quench guests’ thirst, seven new drinks are also now available to sip on, including:

  • Tito’s Blackberry Lemonade - Tito's Handmade Vodka plus blackberry puree and lemonade. Served with a sugared rim and a lemon wedge.
  • Canyonrita - 1800 Tequila, triple sec, lime juice and sweet & sour. Garnished with a perfectly tart lime wedge.
  • Spiked Peach Tea - Maker's Mark, Peach puree, fresh brewed sweet tea. Garnished with a lemon wedge.
  • Blackberry Tea Mocktail - Fresh Brewed Sweet Tea with Blackberry puree. Sugar rimmed with a lemon wedge.
  • Peach Tea Mocktail - Fresh Brewed Sweet Tea with Peach puree. Sugar rimmed with a lemon wedge.
  • Blackberry Lemonade Mocktail - Lemonade with Blackberry puree. Sugar rimmed with a lemon wedge.
  • Peach Lemonade Mocktail - Lemonade with Peach puree. Sugar rimmed with a lemon wedge.

The all-new sweet sips and wings perfectly complement fan-favorite appetizers, entrees and desserts, includingSalt & Pepper Fried Pickles, Smoky Mountain Nachalos, Tangled Texas Twists, Fried Cheesecake, Buffalo Chip, and a Mesa Brownie.
