Reform Your Summer Fitness Goals with Club Pilates’ Pilates Body Challenge

June 07, 2024 // // IRVINE, Calif. – Joseph Pilates stated that it only takes 30 sessions of Pilates to build a “whole new body.” Building on that notion, Club Pilates wants to encourage and share the benefits of a stronger, more capable body this summer with the return of its Pilates Body Challenge. Kicking off June 1 across studios nationwide, the challenge encourages members to complete 30 classes by August 31, with the goal that members experience a “whole new body” by the end of the summer.

Members across all studios can enroll and track classes completed in the Club Pilates app. Those who complete the challenge will be entered into a national sweepstakes, with this year’s national prize being a free year of Pilates. Sweepstakes terms and conditions can be found here. Members are also encouraged to share their progress throughout the challenge on social media using the hashtag #pilatesbodychallenge for a chance to be spotlighted across Club Pilates’ national social media channels.

“Summer is a time to refresh and renew, and there is no better way to do so than Pilates,” said Tianna Strateman, President of Club Pilates. “When Joseph Pilates said you will see the difference in your body in 30 sessions, he was telling the truth, especially when taking classes on the Reformer like ours at Club Pilates. We are confident that members who complete the Pilates Body Challenge will strengthen their bodies and minds in many different ways and live better this summer.”

Along with participating in the challenge, members can gift a friend a free Intro Class and earn Core Credits. Those who refer a friend will also be entered to win an Apple Watch and Club Pilates Fitness Band Bundle.
