May 2024 marked 13 years since current broker/owner Jimmy Ranieri first founded the firm. Ranieri has overseen all of the company’s operations since its inception and still handles day-to-day agent onboarding, training and recruitment, on top of his duties assisting residential buyers and sellers. Ranieri and his agents provide a holistic real estate expertise, assisting clients in traditional residential transactions as well as providing expert knowledge on contracting, lending and appraising. Ranieri started his career in sales and marketing with a national agency at the age of 19. In just 8 months, he worked his way to a managerial role and became a nationally recognized leader within his company. Following his early success in client-facing roles, Ranieri decided to change lanes and pursue a more entrepreneurial career path, becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2002. Since then, he has also become a licensed residential appraiser, a registered general contractor and also spent time leading a team of loan officers as a Regional Manager of a federally chartered savings bank in the FHA Home Improvement Loan Department. Ranieri’s diverse background provides him with key referral lanes throughout many real estate-adjacent industries, all of which help him to best inform and connect his clients.
