Christian Brothers Automotive Named in Franchise Business Review’s 2024 Culture100 List and Recognized as a Top Recession-Proof Business

The list recognizes the top 100 franchise brands in its 2024 research on the Best Franchise Cultures. CBA was also recognized as a top franchise by Franchise Business Review in its report on the Top Recession-Proof Franchises for 2024.

Franchise Business Review provides the only rankings of franchises based solely on actual franchisee satisfaction and performance. The company publishes its rankings of top franchises semi-annually in its Guide to Today’s Top Franchises, as well as industry reports throughout the year that highlight research on the top franchises in specific sectors.

CBA was among franchise brands, representing franchise owners, that participated in Franchise Business Review’s research on the best franchise cultures.

CBA franchisees were surveyed on 33 benchmark questions about their experience and satisfaction regarding critical areas of their franchise systems, including training and support, operations, franchisor/franchisee relations, culture and financial opportunity.
