SYNERGY HomeCare Unveils Its Newest Location in Northern Little Rock

The company is led by Dione Ziemer, a registered nurse with more than 13 years of experience in a wide array of specialties.

Headquartered at 600 Pine Forest Dr. Ste. 202 in Maumelle, the company assists residents living in Maumelle, Mayflower, North Little Rock, Little Rock, Cammack Village and Sherwood with a wide variety of non-medical, in-home care options including companion care, personal care and respite care.

Ziemer grew up right in Little Rock with parents who understood the importance of giving back to their community. Her parents’ generosity and compassion inspired her to follow in their footsteps and continue to serve Northern Little Rock residents with compassionate care.

After 13 years as a nurse, including time in home health, Ziemer was inspired to address the significant need for home care services in her community. One memorable experience involved an elderly Alzheimer’s patient who lived alone with minimal support. Her situation, including an empty refrigerator, poor living conditions and isolation, prompted Ziemer to take immediate action. Ziemer bought her groceries and provided regular check-ins, meals and coordinated care. Despite Ziemer’s efforts, her condition eventually required 24-hour care. This experience reinforced her commitment to helping others live comfortably and independently at home.

“I have experienced many things in my personal life and nursing career that make my approach to care one of a kind,” says Ziemer. “My work as a CNA, LPN and RN gave me the foundation necessary for my team and I to provide competent, compassionate, client-focused care to your loved ones.”

Little Rock is a unique market that is home to large hospitals, two military bases, several churches, schools and senior communities. Many members of this population will need to rely on caregivers for additional assistance with cooking, shopping, running errands, doing light housekeeping or going for walks. Some even require personal care, such as help with bathing, dressing, or using the toilet.
