The boutique luxury firm was established in 2022 by current broker/owner Karen Fangfang Xu. Xu is an international globetrotter, who left her home in China at only 13 to travel and work around the world, including in the Middle East, Europe and Asia. After eventually earning her bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Business Administration from Washington State University, Xu planted her professional roots in San Jose’s real estate industry.
