AtWork® Set to Open in Durant, Serve Communities Across Oklahoma and Texas Border
September 10, 2024 // Franchising.com // KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – AtWork® has awarded a new territory to Holden Wright in Durant, Oklahoma. The location is set to open this year and will serve the communities along the nearby Oklahoma and Texas border.
Born and raised in Durant, Wright has a background in chemical engineering, entrepreneurship and franchising. He currently leads the engineering division for WP&E Technologies, owns a Marco's® Pizza franchise and co-owns Annex Games, a local gaming store, with his brother and childhood best friend.
“AtWork was a natural fit to add to my portfolio and to complement the place I call home,” said Wright. “Durant is surrounded by tight-knit communities that will embrace AtWork’s people-centric approach to building and maintaining relationships with local businesses and job seekers. This territory is saturated with large-scale operations such as manufacturing plants, casinos, distribution warehouses, and more, so it’s a prime market for a staffing concept like AtWork.”
Wright inherited an entrepreneurial spirit from his father who has owned restaurants and real estate in Durant for more than three decades. “AtWork is a great opportunity to support the health of Durant’s job market and to carry on his legacy of having a positive impact on our local community,” said Wright.
“We are proud to grow our presence in Oklahoma,” said Jason Leverant, President and COO of AtWork. “AtWork will serve as a key resource to help employees thrive, businesses prosper and communities flourish. Holden is the perfect partner to champion our mission and be a servant leader in his local community.”
