SYNERGY Homecare Opens Newest Location in Orlando Metro Area

The company is led by Aneera Shirazee, a healthcare professional who is determined to provide safe and quality care to her community. Saira Rehmatullah will also be joining Aneera in operating the business.

Headquartered at 13640 W. Colonial Dr. Suite 130G in Winter Garden, the company assists residents of Winter Garden, Windermere, Gotha, Ocoee, and Oakland with a wide variety of non-medical in-home care options, from companion care to personal care and respite care.

Aneera saw a growing need for these services, particularly among Baby Boomers. U.S. Census statistics show that 10,000 Baby Boomers are turning 65 every day and that by 2030, there will be more than 70 million people over 65. According to the AARP, over 90% of this demographic reports wanting to remain in their own homes for as long as possible.

Backed by her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Healthcare Administration, Shirazee has spent over 17 years working in healthcare administration and compliance. She comes from a Southeast Asian background, where family is held to the utmost importance. Caring for others, especially the elderly is a huge part of Shirazee’s culture. Shirazee recognizes the power of home care, as she’s been caring for elderly family members for the past 20 years.

Some even require personal care, such as help with bathing, dressing or using the toilet.
