Founded in 2021 by current broker/owner Gregory Peterson, the brokerage has quickly developed a strong reputation within some of Colorado’s most luxurious markets such as Aspen, Denver and Vail, as well as several other communities throughout the state. Top Dog Properties places a distinct focus on buying, selling and managing resort homes throughout the Rocky Mountains. Peterson first ventured into Colorado real estate in 2014 as a means to supplement his primary income as the owner of his own fitness company. His fitness company soon took off, providing Peterson with the opportunity to consult for the U.S. military and assist wounded soldiers in Baghdad. As his passion for helping others grew, so did his investment in his real estate professional journey, until it eventually became his primary focus.
