Seasoned Female Real Estate Mentor Helps Fortify the Century 21 Brand in Houston’s Suburbs

The full-service firm was established in 2021 by current broker/owner Lisa Benoit, who joined the real estate business in Florida in 2005. She moved to Houston in 2008 where she opened her own Cajun restaurant. In 2013 following her second child, Benoit pivoted to become a full-time real estate professional, eventually obtaining her broker’s license in 2017 and then starting her own firm four years later. During this time, Benoit has been able to leverage her multilingual communication skills, marketing and management degrees, and personal brand to become a well-known and well-respected real estate professional, agent mentor, and professional development instructor. Her efforts have landed her mentions in 2021’s Top Agent Magazine, Voyage Houston’s “Houston’s Most Inspiring Stories,” and Houston Agent Magazine.

Under Benoit’s leadership, her company has been able to grow to over 120 agents, who provide a comprehensive range of services, including assistance with residential and commercial properties, farm and ranch, foreclosures/short sales, and leasing.

Now doing business as CENTURY 21 Lucky Money, Benoit and her relentless independent sales professionals will have access to the CENTURY 21® brand’s technology and marketing, lead generation, agent learning and coaching and innovative productivity platform to help deliver quality service to buyers, sellers and investors.

Benoit herself is responsible for providing mentoring and professional development to almost 1,000 agents, which she can now do much more efficiently with access to these tools. She hopes to leverage the brand’s centralized CRM system to help her existing affiliated agents bolster their current books of business.
