The firm was first established in 2004 and was later taken over by the current broker/owner Angela Kallay in 2010. Kallay is a University of Wisconsin graduate, who started her real estate business/ journey in 2005 and has since fully immersed herself in Southeastern Wisconsin real estate. She has sat on the board of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® in Metro Milwaukee.

Over the past twenty years, Benefit Realty has grown its service area from Milwaukee’s suburbs to include the entire Southeastern region of the state.
