Prime IV Hydration & Wellness Taps Jeff Pennell as President, Chief Operating Officer

November 19, 2024 // Franchising.com // COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.– Prime IV Hydration & Wellness has hired franchising veteran Jeff Pennell to serve as the company’s new President and Chief Operating Officer. Pennell will oversee the brand’s franchising operations.

Pennell has a deep history in the franchising sector, particularly within the health, wellness, and personal care industry as a franchisee, regional developer and board member. With roots in education, Pennell developed his skills in teaching, learning, coaching, and communicating as an English teacher. Prior to entering this role at Prime IV, Pennell began his franchising career as a multi-unit franchise owner with a national massage therapy brand, growing his portfolio from one location to over a dozen. Most recently Pennell operated a multi-unit, multi-brand concept with over 80 massage and waxing concepts across the United States.
