Sir Grout Awards Territories in Michigan and Arizona

November 25, 2024 // Franchising.com // BOSTON — Sir Grout has transferred ownership of two territories in Macomb, Michigan and Tucson, Arizona.

Blaise and Liz Liederbach, existing franchisees with a location in Grosse Pointe, have acquired the territory in Michigan.

“We have seen firsthand how much demand there is for affordable home upgrades, and expanding into Macomb felt like a natural next step,” said Blaise. “As existing Sir Grout owners, we are excited to grow our services into this community.”

Ryan Ward, who managed Sir Grout in Tucson for the past six years, is excited to take the next step in his career as a franchise owner of the location and build out his future with the company.

“I have seen firsthand the positive difference our services make in people’s lives and homes,” said Ward. “I’m thrilled to begin this new chapter and continue providing exceptional hard surface restoration services to my Tucson neighbors.”
