Premier Austin Brokerage Affiliates With Era Real Estate to Further Enhance Productivity and Growth

Founded in 2013, the firm is led by brokers and co-owners Matt Menard and Greg Young. Menard is a second-generation Realtor®, who obtained his real estate license in 1983 while attending the University of Texas at Austin. Following in both of his parents’ footsteps, Menard immediately embraced a full-time role in real estate after graduation, going so far as to teach real estate classes at only 23 years old. Since then, he has embraced his role as a natural teacher and has provided thousands of homeowners with informative, dedicated service as well as mentored agents to become the brokers of their own firms. 

Young obtained his real estate license in 2007 after spending his early career in law enforcement and commercial aviation. Upon committing full-time to the real estate industry, Young quickly developed expertise in home building and residential transactions, which has complemented Menard’s existing background in mortgage lending, new construction and residential real estate as well. 

Now as part of the ERA® network, Menard, Young and their affiliated agents will be able to utilize the brand’s tools and leverage up-to-date marketing programs to connect buyers and sellers. They are especially excited about the ERA® network’s branded social media assets to build their online presence and community.

The firm’s headquarters are in Austin, one of the most desirable areas in the Lone Star State. Located in the state’s capital, the brokerage is within driving distance of the University of Texas at Austin, as well as near some of the largest corporate headquarters in Texas, including Tesla, Dell and Whole Foods. Austin is also affectionately known as “The Live Music Capital of the World” thanks to its lively arts and entertainment scene.
