KLST Abra Franchise Honors Team Members' Hard Work with Annual Turkey Delivery Tradition

December 09, 2024 // Franchising.com // Charlotte, NC – The KLST Abra franchise recently delivered turkeys to their team members in recognition of their hard work and dedication. 

“We believe it’s important to recognize the dedication of our team. Their hard work throughout the year deserves to be celebrated, and this small gesture is our way of showing our appreciation,” said Kedrick Johnson, owner of the six locations. “We’re grateful for the amazing people who make our business thrive.”

Since joining the Abra franchise in 1994, Kedrick and Lou Johnson, along with their sons, Scott and Todd, have made it a tradition to celebrate their team members' hard work and dedication by personally delivering turkeys to their team members. This year, a total of 130 turkeys were delivered.

“It’s inspiring to see Kedrick and his team go above and beyond to appreciate their staff,” said Damien Reyna, US Chief Operating Officer, Driven Brands Collision. “The tradition of delivering turkeys is a fantastic way to show gratitude.”
