Spearheaded by Eric Greenhill, owner of six Fitness Premier 24/7 Clubs, along with operating partner Mike Kerr, the new Cedar Lake location boasts a complete renovation with new cardio and strength equipment. A standout feature is the Relax + Restore Suite, offering recovery services such as dry saunas, red light therapy, salt therapy and a full range of Therabody recovery amenities.

“Recovery allows muscles to repair and the body to rejuvenate,” said Greenhill. “It helps members avoid injuries, reduce soreness and improve overall performance.”
