Epcon Franchising Announces 4 New Franchise Builder Communities

December 11, 2024 // Franchising.com // COLUMBUS, OHIO  – Epcon Franchising has announced four new Franchise Builder-owned communities in four states. All of the new communities are owned by multi-unit franchisees, which are Franchise Builders who have multiple active communities.

Perfection Builders currently has seven active communities in Kansas and Kentucky, including The Courtyards at Jacob’s Farm, which recently launched in Wichita, and The Courtyards at Oakland Hills, which recently launched in Louisville. The Courtyards at Oakland Hills is one of the first Franchise Builder communities to offer Epcon’s new Carriage Series of homes, as well as its updated farmhouse architectural style across all available home designs.

Weaver Homes has recently launched Ridgewood Heights in Pittsburgh, which will offer several new larger ranch homes. They also have two other active communities in Western Pennsylvania.

Cook Bros. Homes recently launched The Grove at Haven Hill in Lenoir City, Tennessee, featuring stunning courtyard views of the Smoky Mountains. They also have two other active communities in the Knoxville area.
