U.S. Air Force Veteran Fortifies the Century 21 Brand in Greater San Antonio

December 17, 2024 // Franchising.com // CIBOLO, Tex. – Century 21 Real Estate LLC. is continuing to fortify its presence in the Greater San Antonio metropolitan area with the latest affiliation of veteran-led Core Values Realty Associates based in Cibolo, Texas.

The firm is led by Rockie Carter, a U.S. Air Force Veteran with 20 years of service and multiple overseas deployments, and the father of three daughters, one of whom is currently serving in the Air Force herself. Carter began his Texas real estate journey in 2012, after relocating his family to San Antonio from Las Vegas, where he was previously stationed. As a veteran who was relocated a number of times himself, Carter began studying everything he could about VA-related real estate topics. He developed a keen awareness of military Permanent Change of Station (PCS) cycles, Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH) rates, and other common military-related real estate concerns. In 2015, Carter decided to use his knowledge to become a positive, all-in-one resource for local military families, which is when he opened his own brokerage.

Carter is joined by several other military veterans at his firm, many of whom also speak fluent Spanish. He and his independent sales associates can assist residents of the Greater San Antonio area with not only VA transactions and military relocation needs, but also with land acquisition, farm and ranch properties and traditional residential real estate.

Now doing business as CENTURY 21 Core Values, Carter and his driven independent sales professionals will have access to the CENTURY 21® brand’s technology and marketing, lead generation, agent learning and coaching and innovative productivity platform to help deliver the highest quality of service to buyers, sellers and investors. Carter plans to leverage these tools to recruit new and experienced agents and eventually open a new office in the Schertz area.
