EEA Real Estate Launches Gateway Office for International Referral Services

December 19, 2024 // Franchising.com // MADISON, N.J. -- ERA Real Estate announced today the opening of a new gateway office, ERA NexUS Global Realty based in Bellevue, Washington. The specialized office will serve to connect agents with buyers and sellers across countries in Asia and all states in the U.S.

The independently owned and operated company is led by Jack Huang, Larry Eu, and Lien Ma. Huang currently sits as an owner of the company with the master franchise rights for the ERA® brand in Taiwan and has a deep background in commercial real estate. Eu and Ma have both been in the real estate industry for 12 years and have owned six separate brokerages throughout their careers. Eu offers leadership experience from his time spent as president of the Seattle Chapter of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) and president of The CCIM Institute Washington State Chapter. Eu also sat on the NAR board of directors, Washington Realtors board of directors and currently sits on the board of directors of The CCIM Institute and The CCIM Institute Foundation. Ma has been elected by her peers to be the 2026 president of The CCIM Institute Washington State Chapter.

Now as part of the ERA® network, affiliated agents will have direct access to a reliable system of motivated, trusted contacts across key international markets. ERA NexUS Global Realty specializes in cross-border property transactions, inbound and outbound between the U.S. and Asia, and now offers international expertise on every aspect of real estate, ERA NexUS has a contract with ERA Asia Pacific Center (APAC) based in Singapore and served as APAC’s exclusive representative and boots on the ground in North America.

Huang, Eu, and Ma opened their office to match referrals with the most suitable agents and to provide personalized service that doesn’t stop at a country’s border.
