Mosquito Authority Franchisees Honored with Franchisee of the Year, Rookie of the Year Awards for Commitment to Service

December 25, 2024 // Franchising.com // CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Mosquito Authority recently celebrated some of its franchisees at the company’s international convention at the El Conquistador Resort in Puerto Rico. Wife-husband team Colette and Sean Lewis, owners of Mosquito Authority of Greater Cincinnati, were granted the Franchisee of the Year Award for Mosquito Authority. New to the brand, Randy Ray, owner of Mosquito Authority of St. Cloud in Minnesota, was recognized as Rookie of the Year.

“Bringing our franchisees from all three brands together for the first time far exceeded our expectations,” said Chris Buitron, chief executive officer of Main Line Brands. “As a parent company, our goal with this convention was to encourage relationship building, offer effective business resources for owners and celebrate their accomplishments over the past year. We’re proud to recognize those who are leading the charge in strengthening each of our brands.”

The Lewises were honored as Franchisee of the Year due to their commitment to providing consistent, high-quality mosquito control services and exceptional customer experiences. Heavily involved in their local community, they actively support their local school system and athletic booster club. Since launching their Mosquito Authority business in 2021, they’ve expanded their service to include Pest Authority services.

“As a majority women-owned and family-operated business that includes our son and daughter, we are so honored to receive this recognition,” said Colette Lewis, co-owner of Mosquito Authority of Greater Cincinnati. “We are humbled by the recognition from the Main Line Brands team.”

Ray received the Rookie of the Year Award. Ray currently operates a family-run business, with his sister playing an integral role in helping him out in the field and his mother handling office and administration responsibilities.

“As a new business owner, I am grateful to Main Line Brands not only for this recognition, but also for the support and resources that they’ve provided over the last year,” said Ray. “With the help of my sister and mother, we’ve created a family-run business that prioritizes delivering the highest quality service possible, and we feel that our success is a testament to that commitment to service. We look forward to more growth in the years to come as we continue to serve the St. Cloud community.”
