The First 10 Challenge invites participants to complete 10 classes in their first 30 days—perfect for beginners looking to establish a consistent fitness routine. Those who complete the challenge will be celebrated with a special prize, marking their progress and fueling their continued commitment.

At participating studios, new members can choose from two membership options designed to provide flexibility and support for achieving their unique fitness goals:

  • First 10 Challenge Unlimited Membership – Unlimited classes with an exclusive membership offer for the first month (available in January) at participating locations.
  • First 10 Challenge 8 Classes per Month Membership – Flexible access to eight classes per month.

  • Engage Your Core: Barre fitness can be a fast track to a stronger and more defined core, with a specific focus on stability training. Engaging your core muscles through each exercise provides maximum benefits inside and outside of the studio.
