About Andrew Boorse:

  • Boorse had an early introduction to entrepreneurship with his parents being small business owners in the health and wellness industry.
  • After earning his law degree in San Diego, Boorse moved to Arizona and founded his own law firm where he worked closely with small and medium-sized businesses. This experience helped him understand the needs and challenges of business owners and led to his first general counsel role for a luxury transportation company.
  • Boorse was then introduced to the franchising space when he served as general counsel for an e-cigarette manufacturing company. During this time, he gained valuable insight on franchising and navigating industry regulations.
  • Boorse also has prior experience in the home improvement industry through his work providing legal counsel to organizations that acquired and managed blue-collar service businesses tied to property management.
  • In his most recent role, he was tasked with providing legal expertise for a SaaS service provider for over-the-road trucking companies, focusing on employment law, process improvement, contracts, and compliance.
