SYNERGY HomCare Fortifies Its Presence in Southern California
February 12, 2025 // Franchising.com // Tempe, Ariz. – SYNERGY® HomeCare has announced its newest franchise located just north of Los Angeles, SYNERGY HomeCare of Santa Clarita.
The company is led by husband and wife duo, Brent and Jessica Lee-Davis, who are dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized and compassionate care to their community.
The company assists residents with a wide variety of non-medical in-home care options, from companion care to personal care and respite care.
The Davises saw a growing need for these services, particularly among Baby Boomers. U.S. Census statistics show that 10,000 Baby Boomers are turning 65 every day and that by 2030, there will be more than 70 million people over 65. According to the AARP, over 80% of this demographic reports wanting to remain in their own homes for as long as possible.
Jessica has spent more than 15 years in human resources, working with companies ranging from innovative tech startups to global corporations. Her passion for supporting people led her to earn a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Cal State University, Northridge, while balancing the demands of being a working student.
Brent also attended Cal State University, Northridge, and earned his bachelor’s degree in business. He has dedicated over 20 years to operations and project management, where he’s honed his ability to solve problems and build systems that make people’s lives easier.
When Brent’s father was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, the search for quality care became personal. This experience gave Jessica and Brent a firsthand understanding of how life-changing reliable care can be and inspired them to channel their skills into creating meaningful solutions for families.
“We’ve been in our clients’ shoes, and we know how challenging it can be to find quality care for a loved one,” said Jessica. “That’s why our motto is, ‘We treat your family like our own.’ For us, this isn’t just about providing care – it’s about making a meaningful difference in people’s lives and offering the support, comfort and companionship they deserve.”
Santa Clarita is home to a large population of retirees who wish to age in place and many multi-generational families. Many members of this population need to rely on caregivers for additional assistance cooking, shopping, running errands, doing light housekeeping or going for walks. Some even require personal care, such as help with bathing, dressing or using the toilet.
“The secret to outstanding care is compassion and personalization,” said Brent. “We understand that every person and family is unique, and their care should reflect that. That’s why we take the time to really get to know your loved one’s needs, preferences and daily routines so we can provide care that is tailored specifically for them.
