Grand Opening Alert: Bach to Rock Music School Hits the Right Note in Marlborough, MA

The community is invited to a free celebration on Saturday, March 8, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Guests can enjoy guided tours, information sessions, live performances, explore the school’s state-of-the-art recording studio, and participate in free toddler “Mommy and Me” music classes.

Bach to Rock Marlborough is proudly owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Patrick and Amanda Faucher, first-time franchisees who share a passion for music and their community. Patrick brings over 20 years of expertise as an entrepreneurial tech product leader, known for delivering innovative solutions and building high-performing teams. A Berklee College of Music alumnus, Patrick’s musical background complements his business acumen. Amanda, a talented graphic design professional and booking manager for the band Soul Function Boston, adds her creative flair and organizational expertise to the venture. Together, this dynamic duo is excited to launch Bach to Rock Marlborough, blending their professional strengths, and love of music, to bring the Bach to Rock progressive music program to local families.

Bach to Rock Marlborough offers programs for students of all ages including individual and group lessons in piano, voice, guitar, drums and more; “Rock City” for preschoolers and “Rock and Roll” for toddlers; beginning piano “Kids n Keys” for children in grades K-2; and summer camps and birthday parties. Plus, students can get involved in a glee club or rock band. A special feature is Bach to Rock’s Beat Refinery®, where students learn how to become DJs through practical and artistic training.

Bach to Rock is a modern music school for students of all ages, from early childhood through high school and beyond. Bach to Rock knows learning music should be fun, and students learn best when they play music they enjoy. The approach combines one-on-one instruction with group practice and performance. Weekly ensemble instruction and band formations lead to public concerts, Battle of the Bands and recording sessions in Bach to Rock’s professional recording studios. Bach to Rock builds technique, fosters teamwork, and enhances self-esteem through private lessons, band instruction, and public performances.

Bach to Rock’s Beat Refinery is a Serato certified DJ school. Serato, founded in 1999, is the provider of audio software to the DJ industry. The Serato certification ensures that select Bach to Rock DJ instructors have been trained and authorized to teach using Serato software and equipment.
