This year’s theme, “Raise Your Sales”, incorporated a dynamic pirate and sales-focused motif, encouraging franchisees to chart new courses for success. The highlight of the conference was the keynote address by Ford Saeks. With a proven track record of driving over $1 billion in sales worldwide, Saeks delivered powerful insights into accelerating performance, leveraging AI innovation, and standing out in a competitive marketplace.

The conference agenda featured interactive workshops, panel discussions, and hands-on training covering key areas such as sales strategy, marketing innovation, operational efficiency, and financial best practices. Franchisees, general managers, solutionists, installers, and administrative professionals participated in peer-to-peer knowledge sharing, reinforcing the network’s commitment to continuous improvement.

Highlighting the event was the Annual Franchise Awards, recognizing outstanding sales achievements across multiple categories:

$4 Million Club: Hudson Valley, NY – $4,610,753.30

$3 Million Club: Austin, TX – $3,023,165.57; San Antonio, TX – $3,001,974.11

$2 Million Club: St. Louis, MO – $2,954,641.91; Metro Detroit, MI – $2,359,209.83; Lehigh Valley, PA – $2,250,532.39; Clermont, FL – $2,058,994.47

$1 Million Club: 38 locations, including Grand Rapids, MI; Twin Cities North, MN; and Tri-Cities, TN

The Million Dollar Solutionist honor was awarded to 14 top sales professionals who individually exceeded $1 million in sales, with Stephen van Dijk leading the group at $1.88 million.

The coveted Franchisee MVP of the Year award was presented to Josh Bowie, while Naomi Hines received the Corporate MVP of the Year award, recognizing exceptional contributions to the network’s success.
