February 26, 2025 // Franchising.com // DENVER, Colo. – Transworld Business Advisors of Colorado owned and operated by Prospere Companies, has elevated three team members to senior roles as partners in the company. Tyler Bowman, Tatiana DeMoraes, and Axel Fleischli were appointed to partners in January of this year after several years as brokers, playing key roles in helping business owners successfully buy and sell their companies.

“We’re thrilled to promote Tyler, Tatiana and Axel to the senior level of our company,” said Al Fialkovich, CEO of Transworld Business Advisors of Colorado. “They’ve worked with us for many years, so they understand the brand and how to service our clients. Each brings a unique set of skills that will continue to strengthen our ability to serve the business community.”

Tyler Bowman began his career at Transworld Business Advisors as an analyst for Fialkovich and other partners before quickly rising through the ranks to become a broker. At the time, he was the youngest broker to ever join Transworld and later became the youngest partner on the team, marking a significant milestone in the firm’s history. His time as an analyst provided invaluable experience in deal structuring, market analysis, and negotiation, giving him a deep understanding of the business sales process. With a background in family-owned businesses, he brings a strong network and expertise in deal execution. Bowman is a Certified Merger and Acquisition Advisor and Certified Exit Plan Advisor, holding a degree in business finance.

“I’m excited to continue passing down all of the knowledge and wisdom that I’ve gleaned from the team over the years,” Bowman said. “I love building long-term relationships and seeing that very same buyer and the seller continuing to thrive years after closing. That’s when I consider a sale a success.”

Tatiana DeMoraes joined Transworld Business Advisors five years ago, after working in commercial property management at a real estate investment trust in New York City.

“I look forward to seeing it from a different perspective, as a partner, and helping the newer brokers become successful,” she said. “I love putting the pieces of the puzzle together: matching the right seller with the right buyer, the best lender for the specific deal, and working directly with the attorneys. My strengths are positivity, focus, and direct but fair communication. No challenge is unsolvable.”

Axel Fleischli started a small business after college and later joined Transworld Business Advisors as a broker, leveraging his entrepreneurial experience to help business owners navigate the sales process.

“I come from a family of business owners, and I saw them go through good and bad exits,” he said. “I like helping people sell their businesses successfully while finding a great buyer to take over the legacy they’ve created. I look forward to assisting new brokers with their growth while providing education and service to the small business community.”
