Five Iron Golf’s Peter McCormick Honored at IFA’s 2024 Franchisee of the Year Awards

This recognition, presented at the 65th IFA Annual Convention in Las Vegas, celebrates the nation’s top-performing franchisees who exemplify leadership, innovation, and commitment to their communities.

McCormick and Zega, Louisville-based entrepreneurs, have demonstrated an exceptional ability to identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities. With a background in general contracting, McCormick successfully built a thriving business before expanding into real estate development. His strategic mindset and investment acumen ultimately led him to Five Iron Golf, where he and Zega saw an opportunity to introduce the unique sports meet eatertainment concept that blends high-tech golf simulators, and premium food and beverage offerings to new markets.
