Doner Shack Expands in Florida with Multi-Unit Franchise Deal in Tallahassee

Since announcing its arrival earlier this year, the fast-growing brand has awarded 10 franchise agreements, including its latest multi-unit deal in Tallahassee, Florida.

Kaushal Patel, the newest Doner Shack franchisee, brings extensive entrepreneurial experience to the brand. A Tallahassee resident for over a decade, Patel has a background in law enforcement but always aspired to be his own boss and build a family business.

“I’ve always wanted to enter the retail industry and initially explored gas station ownership,” said Patel. “I currently own two gas stations, and I love serving my customers and understanding their needs. As a passionate foodie, I wanted to expand into the restaurant industry, and when I discovered Doner Shack, it just clicked—THIS IS IT! I’m a huge fan of kebabs, and this was the perfect opportunity to own, cook, and serve high-quality food. Outside of business, Patel enjoys cooking and spending time with his wife, Aditi, and their daughter, Tulsi.
