Fitness Premier 24/7 Clubs Announces First Colorado Location in Highlands Ranch

March 21, 2025 // Franchising.com // HIGHLANDS RANCH, Colo. — Fitness Premier 24/7 Clubs announces its entry into Colorado with a new location in Highlands Ranch. The franchise is owned and operated by husband-and-wife entrepreneurs Carlos and Brooke Aguilera, who will bring the first Fitness Premier location to the state.

Driven by a passion for fitness and a desire to invest in their community, the Aguileras decided to leave their careers in the tech industry to pursue their dreams of entrepreneurship. After moving back to Colorado from California in 2023, they noticed a lack of gyms offering comprehensive amenities and a strong sense of community. Brooke and Carlos were inspired to fill this niche by opening a Fitness Premier franchise in Highlands Ranch.

"We are beyond excited to bring Fitness Premier to Colorado and create a fitness community that focuses on the wellness and recovery of each member,” Brooke said. “Highlands Ranch is a booming suburb, and we believe that Fitness Premier is the perfect fit for the community.”

The Highlands Ranch Fitness Premier club is slated to open within the next several months. It will be the largest Fitness Premier location in the country, featuring every amenity that Fitness Premier offers.

The state-of-the-art facility will include:

A comprehensive recovery suite, complete with dry saunas, red light therapy, hydro massage, cryotherapy chairs, compression therapy, Therabody recovery amenities, and more.
Traditional fitness amenities such as cardio and strength equipment, personal training and group training classes, silver sneakers classes, and group studio classes ranging from Zumba to HIIT.
Unique amenities include a kids club, steam showers, frost lockers, Biocharger, smoothie and protein machines, a giant astroturf area for sleds and tire flipping, and a dedicated space to partner with local businesses catering to holistic healing practices such as acupuncture, chiropractor, massage/couples massage, and more.
