Slice House by Tony Gemignani Launches New Mobile App, Website, and Rewards Program
SAN FRANCISCO – Slice House by Tony Gemignani announces the debut of its mobile app, revamped website, and new loyalty program, all of which are now available to consumers. The latest technology stack supports the guest experience and helps streamline internal operations for brand partners. The website and the mobile app, which are compatible with iPhone and Android phones, integrate the Slice House Rewards program, allowing guests to easily track rewards, access recent orders, search for details by location, and place orders through the brand’s first-party online ordering platform.

Below is a summary of Slice House’s new technology developments, which are now live:
- Mobile App – Slice House’s first-ever mobile app marks a significant milestone for the burgeoning pizza franchise by offering a go-to resource for Slice House-related needs, all available with the click of a button. Created in partnership with the cloud-based digital guest engagement platform, the app has many useful features, which allow patrons to easily place online orders; access location-specific details via individual location pages; log-in to a personalized account to earn and track rewards and reference recent orders; purchase gift cards; apply to become a franchise partner; and more. It is available for free download via the Apple App Store and Google Play.
- Improved, User-Friendly Website – Slice House’s reimagined website offers a more engaging, comprehensive journey for the customer. This new iteration introduces captivating imagery, a regularly updated press section, the history of Chef Tony Gemignani and Slice House, an FAQ landing page, and detailed information on the new rewards program. It also integrates the online ordering platform, features informative location-specific landing pages for each pizzeria, and provides access to Slice House Rewards when signed into an account.
- First-Party Online Ordering System – Slice House customers can now place orders via the brand’s first-party online ordering platform accessed through the new website and mobile app. This new feature eliminates the need for third-party takeout and delivery marketplaces, reducing fees and allowing the brand to update menus as needed, ensuring customers have the most accurate prices, images, and item availability in real-time.
- Location-Specific Landing Pages– Now available via the website, each Slice House location has its own unique landing page that reflects the hours of operation, phone number, address with an interactive map, and dedicated link to place takeout and delivery orders online. These landing pages, which were pioneered by SOCi, the CoMarketing Cloud for multi-location enterprises, simplify the customer’s online journey while enhancing SEO.
- Slice House Rewards – One of the primary features of the mobile app and website is access to Slice House Rewards, the brand’s new loyalty program. Customers can now create an account to earn and spend rewards with each transaction at any Slice House location, via the mobile app, or online. When signed in, loyalty members receive $5 for signing up for a new Slice House Rewards account with a minimum spend of $15; 1 point for every $1 spent; $10 after reaching 150 reward points with no minimum spend; and a free slice on any day of a customer’s birthday month (valid in-store only).
