Signature Chicken Salad Hits the Menu At Jersey Mike’s for a Limited Time

April 15, 2025 // Franchising.com // MANASQUAN, N.J.– Jersey Mike’s Subs, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled subs, is updating its chicken salad recipe, introducing a new protein-packed Signature Chicken Salad Sub, made with slow roasted chicken breast.

Available nationwide, and for a limited time, Jersey Mike’s Chicken Salad Sub is the perfect mixture of four simple ingredients: slow roasted, all-white meat chicken, diced celery, black pepper, and mayonnaise. The sub can be enjoyed on Jersey Mike’s freshly baked bread or as a sub bowl.

Earlier this year, based on the resurgence of chicken’s popularity, Jersey Mike’s launched two other chicken subs: a hot grilled Spicy Chicken Italian sub and a cold option, Roasted Chicken Breast sub. Jersey Mike’s also recently introduced Mike’s Hot Honey Chicken Cheese Steak featuring delicious chicken steak grilled with onions under melted American cheese, topped with a layer of grilled pepperoni and covered with rows of golden Mike’s Hot Honey – Extra Hot on fresh sub bread.

To celebrate the new Chicken Salad Sub, Jersey Mike’s will run digital advertising and outreach to customers via MyMike’s™ channels.
