20-year Resident Opens New Transworld Business Advisors Office in Upper Bergen County, New Jersey

April 17, 2025 // Franchising.com // PARAMUS, NJ – Transworld Business Advisors has opened a new office to serve Upper Bergen County. The office is owned by franchisee Eric Nadel, a finance pro with expertise in commercial real estate, and who is adding jobs to the local economy by hiring up to five brokers to help identify and manage successful deals.

Transworld Business Advisors is a network of brokers who help entrepreneurs buy and sell companies through mergers, acquisitions and franchise sales.

“I’m proud to have this opportunity to help others and make a difference for business professionals in my community,” said Nadel, who has lived in Bergen County for 20 years. “I was drawn to this company because it enables me to help guide people as they make a career transition, which is important to me.”

Nadel brings a strong background in business, management and commercial real estate to the Transworld Business Advisors brand. He has worked in corporate sales management and cybersecurity, as a stockbroker at Merrill Lynch and as a commercial real estate broker. He also previously owned a Little Gym franchise which he later sold. His entrepreneurial skills run in the family as his father owned several businesses, including a Baskin Robbins ice cream shop.

Nadel sees a strong market for businesses in Upper Bergen County seeking to move to the next level.

“There are many owners who are preparing for retirement and undergoing other forms of transition,” he said. “I’m looking forward to talking personally with clients about their motivation for selling and helping them work a deal that reflects the hard work they’ve put into growing their businesses successfully.”
