Caring Transitions of West Denver Grows to Meet Rising Demand for Senior Services

May 21, 2025 // Franchising.com // DENVER – Caring Transitions of West Denver has been serving Lakewood, Wheat Ridge, Mountain View, Applewood, Bear Creek, and Green Mountain. Now it is expanding to also serve Littleton, Roxborough Park, Highlands Ranch, Columbine, Denver, Sheridan, and the surrounding areas. The expanded Caring Transitions location, owned and operated by Jessica Watts, provides a unique approach that is an end-to-end solution, including decluttering, resettling, clean-outs, space planning, and managing estate sales and online auctions while providing a win-win experience for everyone.

This expansion reflects Caring Transitions of West Denver’s commitment to offering a solution that is designed to reduce stress and support families through emotional times. Caring Transitions of West Denver continues to live out its brand promise: Deliver Day One Living, helping families embrace new beginnings with confidence.

"We love what we do and the families we serve, so expanding our territory means we can support more individuals in a time of need,” Watts shared. “Our goal has always been to grow our business in a way that also allows us to serve and uplift our local community.”

Caring Transitions of West Denver will be able to offer additional services and reach more families facing the emotional and logistical challenges of transition.

Caring Transitions offers a comprehensive solution, ensuring every step—from sorting and packing to liquidating and resettling—is managed with care and respect.

Jessica Watts brings an exceptional blend of personal connection and professional experience to her role. A longtime Lakewood resident, she’s been rooted in the community for over two decades as a mother of three and a client relationship expert. After years of working with startups and holding leadership roles in customer service, Jessica sought a career that would allow her to give back.

“I saw the opportunity to become more engaged with our community and serve our senior population and their families, which fuels my desire to help others,” she said.  “We understand and are compassionate about how difficult it is to downsize and let go of treasures that mean so much to our clients. Our purpose is to help maximize the value of their estates and make the transition to new living as stress-free as possible.”

With an MBA and a Certificate of Entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado, Jessica continues to bring excellence, empathy, and vision to the Caring Transitions brand. As she expands her business, her passion remains unchanged: to be a trusted advocate for those facing one of life’s most challenging seasons.

“We are so excited to see Caring Transitions of West Denver grow under Jessica Watts’ leadership,” said Ray Fabik, President of Caring Transitions. “Jessica has a natural ability to connect with clients on a personal level, while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and service.”
