Pets Paradise has been built on their love for animals and their pets. Australian's have one of the highest per capita pet ownership figures in the world, with over 80% of homes having at least one pet. The first Pets Paradise store opened in the late 1970's, at Knox City shopping centre in Victoria. Since then, the brand has grown enormously to become the largest chain of retail pet stores in Australia. They have now opened over 100 stores under the Pets Paradise brand, located in major shopping centres throughout the country, and have become known as the 'pet care specialists'. And they are still 100% Australian owned!
