I decided on a Ziebart franchise because of my love for vehicles. I knew that Ziebart was a successful franchise, having been around for over sixty years in 34 countries, and I knew that I would have a better chance of being successful in partnering with a company like that.

My partnership with Ziebart has been successful because they are willing to listen, we have access to them, and they're good at what they do. Everyone has a vested interest in the success of both the franchisor and franchisee, and I think that dynamic motivates both parties to produce the best financial results.

We wanted to start something for ourselves, and the fact that we are part of a franchise means that we are in business for ourselves but not by ourselves. We have a team that looks out for us. Ziebart stands for being a part of something bigger than yourself, similar to when I was in the air force, and I was part of something other than myself. Now, the fact that we get to represent this brand and be a part of it is what drives us.
