EOS Ventures Opens 3rd Another Broken Egg Cafe

Demetrios Florakis, president of EOS Ventures, has opened a third Another Broken Egg Cafe in Virginia, adding a Fairfax location to an existing portfolio that includes restaurants in Williamsburg and Virginia Beach.

The new cafe is located near George Mason University at 10645 Braddock Road, Unit B2, placing it in a densely populated area that includes students, faculty, professionals, and families.

The daytime dining concept serves breakfast, brunch, and lunch with a Southern-inspired menu that includes Shrimp 'N Grits, Chicken & Waffles, and Lobster & Brie Omelettes along with cocktails, mimosas, and Bloody Marys.

The Fairfax restaurant is open daily from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. and offers dine-in, takeout, delivery, and catering services.
