STAR Awards 2016 Top Winners Honored for Best Recruitment Practices
Attendees at Franchise Update's Leadership & Development Conference can opt to have their sales and recruitment efforts mystery shopped in advance of the conference in 5 different categories crucial to franchise development. This year 165 brands chose to be mystery shopped by independent third parties.
The purpose of the mystery shopping, which Franchise Update Media has conducted for years, is to provide insight and opportunities for the participating franchisors to improve their business practices based on industry benchmarks.
The top performers in each category were honored as STAR Award winners at a dinner banquet on the final evening of the conference. They also will be profiled in the upcoming fourth quarter issue of Franchise Update magazine.
In addition to honoring the top winners, we salute the Top 20 in four of the categories, and the Top 10 in Franchisee Satisfaction for their industry-leading recruitment and development efforts this year.
Not shown below are the winners of Best Overall Performance. First place went to Captain D's Seafood, and Second Place to Pinot's Palette. Best Overall Responsiveness went to BrightStar Care.
