Franchise Update Media Rebrands, Introduces First Virtual Conference

In response to the changing business environment and the needs of the franchise community, Franchise Update Media is rebranding with an updated logo, design, approach, and tagline, “Grow With Us.”

Franchise Update Media will be introducing the rebranding elements in the lead-up to the premiere of the first-ever Franchise Leadership & Growth Virtual Conference (FLGVC), October 13–15, 2020.

“Like so many others in franchising who inspire us, we’ve had to adapt our business and products to a challenging environment,” said Therese Thilgen, CEO and Co-Founder of Franchise Update Media. “We've taken this time to reflect, reimagine, and relaunch the ways we serve the franchising community — all of it, as ever, focused squarely on supporting franchise growth at a time when it's needed most.”

In response to the impact of Covid-19 on franchising, Franchise Update Media introduced the “Covid-19 Report” weekly newsletter in early April; an all-digital, expanded Q2 edition of Franchise Update magazine, featuring “Stories from the Front Lines” Q&As with both franchisors and franchisees; and, over the summer, created and developed the company's first online event, the Franchise Leadership & Growth Virtual Conference.

“As we introduce new branding and new products, one thing that hasn't changed is our commitment to connecting with and serving franchise leaders in every medium they use: print, web, social, email, virtual, and, eventually, in person,” said Thilgen. “Especially today, we know the power of franchising to help franchising's leaders grow their business, their network, and their knowledge at all levels.”
